My go to place for lunch when I'm visiting my parents. Amazing gluten free options, and they aren't afraid to tell you no. I love their gluten free meatball sub, and they have some really good healthy options too! But best of all is the pickle that comes with each meal.

Great pizza, give it a try you will be impressed. Good sense of humor...check out the signs!

Top Notch. GREAT breakfast sandwiches. Good Iced coffee. The signs alone are worth the visit. You can justify the visit by just treating it like a trip to "a museum of snarky signs" that happens to sell tasty food in place of a gift shop. Go.

My favorite spot, and consistent since I found them a few years ago. The owner will jump through fire for us, even when they are busy (which is all the time, for good reason). Speak clearly, be polite, tell them what you want, and it will get done. My orders have always been fresh and correct, and I have no doubt that if there was a mistake they will make it right. You will find the owner there working all the time, especially as it gets closer to closing time. They have even gone so far as to let me order ahead and pick up which I am always very thankful for. I know they don't really need to do that for us, but they do, which speaks volumes to their character and integrity. Treat yourself to a fresh and enthusiastic menu and staff and you will walk away satisfied and full. Even found gluten free red velvet tucked away in the display case, which, like everything else there, was awesome.

People of Sanibel are so nice and everyone is smiling and welcoming. I stopped by this local coffee shop. I get an egg and cheese bagel which was so delicious and the coffee was so good. Must try when in Sanibel.

Got a roast beef and cheese sandwich. Wasn’t very impressed by the sandwich. It honestly didn’t taste like boars head. Unsure if I’d try again. Sat outside due to restrictions.

Excellent latte and breakfast egg croissant, great value!We were looking for a place to grab a good latte and something for breakfast. Sanabel deli and coffee factory hit the spot. Our latte was great from the aroma and taste of the espresso. I asked if my croissant egg sandwich could be prepared over medium so that the egg yolk was still runny, and to my surprise it was fried perfectly. We also enjoyed the egg sandwich on a Asiago cheese bagel. We haven’t had a chance to try other things on the menu but the pizza sounds great as the dough and sauce are homemade so we are looking forward to trying to soon.

Excellent choice for a quick bite to eat that won't strain your budget. There was a bit of a line when I stopped in, but it moved very quickly. The iced coffee was strong & I was very happy with my choice of lunch — the beeyotch wrap with blackened chicken. It was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect size. The baked goods and ice cream looked seriously tempting as well but I opted to save trying those for my next trip!There is plentiful seating inside and outside, the bathrooms are clean, and there are a lot of funny decorative touches around .

Had a Delicious Italian Melt sandwich with chips at a decent price. Service was a bit slow at lunch hour, but it was only two guys running the joint and lots of customers showing up.

If you are looking to start your morning right, this is a great place to do it. Highly recommend the egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon bagel sandwich.

Expansive menu, including children's menu. Food portions were very satisfying.Ordered a hamburger, after taking a few bites, saw that the inside was still raw. Showed counter worker; I thought a whole new patty would be cooked, instead, the half eaten burger/patty was recooked, which questions sanitary practices. Aside from that, the rest of the food, including a chicken wrap, kids burgers, and chicken tenders were great.

Great sandwiches and a neat environment. If you have a moment and it's not busy be sure to take a moment to appreciate the artwork!

The prices are fair, the serving sizes are generous, the food always tastes good, and the staff are superb. A great choice if you're looking for lunch on Sanibel. I'm a fan of their cubans, philly cheesesteaks, and chicken quesadillas.

After my experience at Sanibel Deli I was compelled to post a review, not so much for the food but based upon my negative encounter with the owner Jeff. I can best describe him as rude and with a total lack of customer empathy. Obviously something was bothering Jeff when he said I should speak up and look at him while I talk. Really Jeff, is that the way you talk to people who are buying your products and putting money in your pocket? With your poor attitude you should stick to making sandwiches in the back and let your front man with the personality manage the register and the customers. While the food is pretty good, who needs this kind of abuse when ordering their lunch.

Very yummy! I ordered something that I normally would never get and it was delicious! The coffee was good and much needed to keep awake on the ride back.

Great gluten-free options. A relative of the restaurant owner has Celiac's (as do I) and it shows in the care they take.The NYC flare was a nice touch.
